The Hillcrest Senior Adult Ministry designs ministry opportunities that offer Seniors a community of love, care and connection. This is an exciting, welcoming and fun group. The Seniors are always active with weekly and monthly opportunities for care, fellowship, learning, singing, games, day trips or just having a good time.

SUNNY DAY
The mission of Sunny Day Club® is to provide our senior members social interaction, friendship, and stimulation in a caring environment, as well as provide respite for caregivers.
Lots of Love and Fun!
Each Wednesday, the Fellowship Hall of Hillcrest United Methodist Church resounds with laughter from the Sunny Day Club® members and volunteers. The joy is contagious as those in the early stages of memory loss meet for games, exercise, singing, eating lunch, laughing, fellowship and lots more fun!

When does Sunny Day Club® meet?
- The Hillcrest United Methodist Church Sunny Day Club® meets each Wednesday from 11 am to 2 pm in the Fellowship Hall.
Who is eligible?
- Residents of Davidson county.
- Persons who are able to care for themselves and feed themselves (for those unable to do so, a caregiver may remain with them to care for their needs).
- Completed a registration form and met with a Sunny Day staff member.

WHO — WIDOWS & WIDOWERS HELPING OTHERS
WHO is a group that welcomes widows and widowers from our church and community. This group meets every 1st Tuesday of the month at 10:30am in the fellowship hall. This group comes together for fellowship, share lunch, connect with each other, visit those in nursing homes and shut-ins. To connect with this group contact info@hillcrestumc.org
HONEY’S – A MINISTRY FOR SENIORS
This ministry is designed to help Seniors connect with each other and to find refreshment and renewal beyond the walls of our church. Every 3rd Tuesday of the month, the Honey’s meet at church at 10:30am and board the church bus to go visit a location or attend an interesting event within Middle TN and the surrounding counties. Their time together includes fellowship, laughter, exploration and eating together.
COASTERS
The COASTERS is a multi-age Seniors Ministry of Hillcrest United Methodist that welcomes Seniors from the church, community and beyond. This group brings together Seniors and their friends. They meet at the church every 2nd Tuesday of the month at 10:30am. Their time together includes learning from a guest speaker or artist, fellowshiping, prayer, having a meal and fellowship.
